Mariana Mantzari is a holder of a Law Degree and an LL.M (Master of Laws Degree) from the Law School of Aristotle University in Greece with a specialization in International Law. Her LL.M. includes studies in International Economic Law (Investments and Complicated projects of the Energy Sector), International Civil Law (Methodology and tools regarding enforceable Law in international commercial and personal relations) and International Public Law (humanitarian law, jurisdiction, extraterritoriality and criminal liability of legal entities).

She received her LL.M. degree with an excellent grade and she wrote the only existing legal thesis about the “Legal Framework of Mining Activity in Greece” which was graded with excellent (10/10) from the competent University Commission.

Mariana started her professional career as a trainee lawyer in the Administrative Court of Thessaloniki by supporting and organizing cases related with immigrants and migrants. Afterwards she provided her services in several law firms and offices. In 2018 she decided to move in Athens, the capital city of Greece to chase her dreams and goals.

As her thesis included the case study of Investment Transfer Analysis of Kassandra Mines, located in Chalkidiki, she submitted her resume to the owner, Hellas Gold S.A. a company member of Eldorado Gold Corporation. As an in-house lawyer in this large company, she gained experience regarding environmental compliance, mining legislation compliance, health and safety issues, corporate support and policies, mobility and immigration of high-ranking executives and she also gained the practical understanding that professional law interpretation in combination with technical knowledge are the most reliable tools for key decisions. Afterwards she decided to make another step in her career and she accepted the position of the Senior Advisor in a global corporation named Fluor providing her services on Skouries Site.

By virtue of her experiences, Mariana understood the path that she was born to follow and she decided to establish mM Law Yard, a law office that provides its clients with high quality deliverables.
